At HWBT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HWBT account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
